Optimum Haven Care is a company that is run by professionals who have acquired transferable skills spanning over 15 years within the health and social care sector. Managers come from backgrounds of a GP and a social worker, and their skills gained from these professions, give the managers a good insight in how to provide an excellent service to you and your loved ones. Being a doctor and a social worker, gives them a better understanding of the importance of person-centred care and also working together with the family and friends of our service users.
The company also has carers/support workers that are more than qualified for the job and have experience in working with adults who need support with their physical health and dementia. Many of our staff members have experience working with adults from the ages 18+ with many difference challenges that life throws at them.
